Course Description: 

Safety Leadership Training is designed to empower leaders at all levels of an organization with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to foster a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. This course focuses on developing leadership capabilities specific to safety, including effective communication, employee engagement, risk management, and accountability. Learners will learn how to inspire, influence, and motivate others to prioritize safety in their daily work activities.

Multiple Choice Test 

 

Assessment Requirement 

Participants are required to achieve 100% attendance. Assessment for this course consists of a written post‑test with a minimum passing score of 75%. Participants must achieve a score of 75% or higher, demonstrating understanding of safety leadership principles, to be awarded the certificate.
