Course Aims:
Working At Height is considered to be any type of operation which exceeds 1.8 meters above or below ground. Workers must fully understand and asses the conditions which require working at height, the procedures which must be assessed in order to make sure the workplace is does not contain any additional hazards which can injure the worker or harm equipment while working at a height and provide the adequate controls and equipment for the worker to make sure workers shall not be injured while working at a height.
Therefore, the aims of the course is to assess the student on what it means to work at height, how to identify the hazards and risks associated with working at height, and how to effectively avoid falling from a height based on the nature of the work that is being performed by using adequate controls that are taught in the training.

- Practical Exercise: Allow trainees to equip and use the fall protection systems while understanding how they are to be installed and maintained on working platforms. Provide a demonstration of how to use the fall protection systems on a working at height platform.

Assessment Requirement
Participants are required to achieve 100% attendance. Assessment for this course consists of a written post‑test and a practical working‑at‑height and rescue assessment. The minimum passing score for the theory post‑test is 75%, and the minimum passing score for the practical assessment is 80%. The final course result combines theory and practical scores; participants must achieve a final score of at least 75% and be assessed as competent in the practical component to be awarded the certificate.
