Course Description: 

This training course provides participants with essential knowledge and practical skills to effectively plan, conduct, and report Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) inspections in various workplace environments. 

The course begins by exploring the common causes of workplace accidents and the risks present in different environments, understand inspection concepts, and practice systematic observation techniques. The course emphasizes hazard identification, immediate corrective actions, effective use of inspection checklists, and preparation of professional inspection reports. 

Through case studies and practical exercises, participants will gain confidence in detecting hazards, coordinating inspection teams, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and organizational policies. 

Target Audiences: 

This training is intended for personnel who may be exposed to Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) in the workplace, particularly in high-risk industries such as:

  • Role of first-line supervisors, employees, and maintenance staff

Upon successful completion of the course, learners receive Alam AlSahara Global HSE Inspection course completion certificate, valid for two years.

Type of Assessment: 

Multiple Choice and Practical Tests 

 

Assessment Requirement 

Participants are required to achieve 100% attendance. Assessment for this course consists of a written post‑test and a practical inspection exercise. The minimum passing score for the theory post‑test is 75%, and the minimum passing score for the practical assessment is 80%. The final course result is a combination of theory and practical scores; participants must achieve a final score of at least 75% and be deemed competent in the practical inspection to be certified.
