Instruktur Junior merupakan salah satu jabatan kerja yang berperan penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di lembaga pelatihan kerja. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan dalam mengidentifikasi standar kompetensi, merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pelatihan, serta mengelola sarana, prasarana, dan lingkungan kerja yang aman.
Untuk itu, diperlukan pelatihan berbasis skema sertifikasi agar instruktur memiliki kompetensi sesuai Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) Level-3.

Tujuan

  1. Membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap kerja sesuai standar kompetensi jabatan Instruktur Junior.

Instruktur merupakan jabatan kerja strategis yang berperan dalam memastikan proses pembelajaran di lembaga pelatihan kerja berlangsung efektif, terstruktur, dan sesuai standar kompetensi.
Instruktur tidak hanya dituntut mampu menyampaikan materi pelatihan, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan, merancang strategi pembelajaran, melaksanakan pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, serta melakukan asesmen hasil pembelajaran.
Melalui skema sertifikasi ini, peserta dipersiapkan untuk memiliki kompetensi sesuai Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) Level-4 sehingga mampu berperan sebagai instruktur yang profesional.

Instruktur Senior adalah jabatan kerja yang memiliki peran lebih luas dan strategis dalam proses pelatihan kerja. Tidak hanya sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran, seorang Instruktur Senior juga berperan dalam perencanaan, pengembangan strategi pembelajaran, pembinaan peserta, hingga melakukan asesmen berbasis kompetensi.
Melalui sertifikasi berbasis Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) Level-5, peserta dipersiapkan untuk mampu mengelola pelatihan dengan standar profesional, serta memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas SDM melalui pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi.
