This intensive PMP® Exam Preparation program delivers a comprehensive review of core project management concepts, focusing on the People, Process, and Business Environment domains. The course emphasizes outcome-driven project delivery, adaptability, value creation, and ethical leadership, as advocated in PMBOK 7. Participants gain both the theoretical grounding and practical tools needed to succeed in contemporary project environments and excel in the PMP® exam.

  • Master the three PMP® domains: People, Process, and Business Environment as per the latest exam outline. 
  • Apply PMBOK 7 principles and performance domains: Stakeholder engagement, team leadership, planning, project execution, delivery management, measurement, and handling uncertainty. 
  • Demonstrate skill in agile, hybrid, and predictive approaches, and tailor methods to different project environments. 
  • Develop leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills required for project success. 
  • Understand exam format and strategies for maximizing PMP® exam performance. 

 

Requirements 

Education Requirements 
Choose one of the following eligibility sets: 

Set A 

  • High school or secondary school diploma 
  • Minimum 60 months (5 years) experience leading and managing projects within the past 8 years 
  • 35 hours of project management education/training, or one of the following: 
  • CAPM® certification 
  • PMI Authorized On-Demand PMP Exam Prep 
  • Instructor-Led PMP® course (Online or In-Person) 

Set B 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or global equivalent) 
  • Minimum 36 months (3 years) experience leading and managing projects within the past 8 years 
  • 35 hours of project management education/training, or one of the following: 
  • CAPM® certification 
  • PMI Authorized On-Demand PMP Exam Prep 
  • Instructor-Led PMP® course (Online or In-Person) 

Set C 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (or global equivalent) from a GAC-accredited program 
  • Minimum 24 months (2 years) experience leading and managing projects within the past 8 years 
  • 35 hours of project management education/training (GAC core project management course work is pre-approved)

This PMI-CP® Exam Preparation program provides an in-depth review of construction project management competencies, fully aligned with the official PMI-CP Exam Content Outline. The course focuses on contract management, stakeholder engagement, project scope/strategy, governance, risk management, and innovation in the built environment. Participants will engage in real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, and exam simulations to ensure readiness for the PMI-CP® certification.

  • Manage complex stakeholder communications and engagement in construction projects.
